School is back in session

The transformation of Kory

I feel something inside, does it belong?
How did it get there?
Why does it stay?
I sense that I need it, though I am not quite sure why.

It swells and shrinks, affecting my vision
Why did I say that?
Why did I do that?
It’s growth slowly taking control of my life

You fill me with peace that makes sense of my pain
What are you doing?
Why do I let you?
I know that I need you, I will wait here for you

He speaks in my silence, I cry out in chaos.
I invite Him to stay.
He responds with a nod.
Jesus dwells in my soul, I will follow Him home.

Trusting His timing

After 3 years of waiting, God finally gave me the green light. Neither of our lives will ever be the same. (to be continued...)
