So what does this mean?

So I am sitting in church yesterday, and I look across the room. There stands Carrie holding a baby, and I am reminded by God that He designed me to be a parent.

I think to myself - "I love the stage my kids are at right now. I will miss this some day."

I get a download that startles me. I hear in my head, "You will always be a parent."

I respond with "Yes, I realize parenting is a life long resposibilty."

The response is "You will always be actively parenting."

My response is "But the plan is to have any empty house before I am 50."

The response is "That is your plan."

Stay tuned folks. Carrie and I believe that we are about to step into a major calling.
